I came across yoga while in college. I quickly discovered not only it's physical benefits, but the mental and emotional healing it can provide. I have been consistently practicing yoga ever since.
To learn more about yoga, I began my teacher training journey. I received my RYT 200-hr certification from Edge Yoga School and discovered a passion for teaching and learning all things yoga with others. Through my training, I had the opportunity to consistently teach a Vinyasa class.
I started my yoga journey as a physical practice which quickly transformed into a spiritual practice as I continued to delve deeper on my yogic path. As a part of my practice, my current interests include Chakras and Ayurveda. I am also a Karma Ambassador for Edge Yoga School in which I create posts about all things yoga.
